Obituary For Adelina da Luz Amral Peixoto
Entered into rest on June 23, 2012 in Fremont at the age of 81. Beloved wife of Jose ?casaca? Garcia Peixoto. Beloved mother of Adelina Silva and her husband Jose Tavares Silva of Manteca, Leanor Tavares and her husband Francisco Tavares of Fremont, Jose Peixoto and his wife Aurelia Peixoto of Fremont, and Filiomena Ferro and her husband George Ferro of Newark. Also survived by 9 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, 8 brothers, and 3 sisters.
Born on January 31, 1931 in Faial, Azores to Tomaz Silveira do Amaral and Rosa Alice Faria, dos Flamengos, Horta, Faial.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 27, from 5-8pm with a vigil at 7pm at Fremont Memorial Chapel, 3723 Peralta Blvd., Fremont, CA 94536. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday June 28, 10:30am at St. Edward?s Catholic Church, 5788 Thornton Ave., Newark CA 94560. Burial will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Hayward, CA.
