Alexander Shih Hsi Chen was born on November 29th, 1933 in China and entered into rest on September 19th, 2015 in Fremont, CA at the age of 81. He is survived by his loving wife Betty M. Chen of Union City, CA.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th, from 9-10am and a Chapel Service will begin at 10am at Fremont Chapel of the Roses, 1940 Peralta Blvd., Fremont, CA 94536. Burial will follow at Gate of Heaven Catholic Cemetery in Los Altos, CA.
