She was born on May 6, 1950, in San Francisco to Robert and Mildred Fletcher. After moving to Pleasanton, California in 1966, she graduated from Amador Valley High School in 1968. April was preceded in death by her parents. I have been extremely fortunate to have April as a great friend and wonderful office manager. She has been my office manager for over thirteen years. She was always very dedicated and an extremely hard worker. She was extremely efficient and really cared about our policyholders. The clients at my office became April's extended family. She was always supportive of my clients and my family. We shared each others joy at our childrens' wedding and when we recently became grandparents. April always remembered my grandchildren's birthdays as well as other special occasions in my family. If fact, my grandson shared a birthday with April, May the 6th. April loved talking about and showing me pictures of her beautiful grandchildren Jacob and Luke. She was very proud of her daughter Heather, son-in-law Jeff, and her son Michael. April will be truly missed by my wife Shelley, me, her family and many frends and by our clients. The world has lost a truly wonderful and caring person.

Wow, I can't believe you are gone. I only met you over a year ago, but you were an awesome lady. I have been thinking about you, but time goes by so quick & I didn't email you until today. I got an email from your boss letting me know the bad news. I'm sorry, but I know you are in a better place & no longer with any pain. My prayers are with your family.
