Obituary For Arlene Louise Tobin
Born March 28, 1923 in Wahpeton, ND and entered into rest on March 8, 2012 in Union City at the age of 88. Preceded in death by her husband Lester Edward Tobin in 2000, and by her son Wayne Tobin. Beloved mother-in-law of Kristine of Merlin, OR. Cherished grandmother of Ryan, and Leslie Ann. Dear sister of Wayne Westphal of Belmont.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 16, 2pm at Fremont Memorial Chapel, 3723 Peralta Blvd., Fremont, CA 94536. Inurnment at San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery in Gustine, CA.
