Obituary For Arthur Nicholas DiFeo
Entered into rest on November 7, 2012 in Tracy, CA at the age of 90. Beloved father of Patricia Gorham and her husband Roy of AZ, Niki Warnders and her husband Henricus of TX, Angela Au and her husband Jeff of Fremont, and Anthony DiFeo and his wife Angie of Tracy. Loving grandfather of 15 and great-grandfather of 20. Cherished brother of John, Alfonso, and William. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his wife of 56 years Sue, his sister Anna Rose, and his brothers Albert, Anthony, Angelo, and Henry.
Born March 13, 1922 in Farrell, PA, Arthur was a U.S. Navy veteran and a loyal Pittsburgh Steelers fan. He enjoyed Westerns and helping his family. Arthur loved Bingo and even called Bingo at the Ruggieri Senior Center in Union City where he was a longtime member. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus and was a parishioner at St. Anne's Catholic Church.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 12, from 1-5pm with a Vigil at 3pm at Fremont Chapel of the Roses, 1940 Peralta Blvd., Fremont, CA 94536. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, November 13, 10am at St. Anne's Catholic Church, 32223 Cabello St., Union City, CA 94587. Burial will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Hayward, CA.

I will never forget Art's warmth and generosity. He had the most amazing twinkling smile and was quick to flash it. I know he is somewhere with his sweetheart Sue and certain he is happy to be reunited with her again. You will forever be in our hearts.

My heartfelt sympathy to your family. Oh, what wonderful memories I will always have of Art and Sue, our second parents "over the hedge" for almost 16 years. All the fun times going to Santa Cruz, camping, parents playing cards while we goofed off in your rumpus room, the families getting together.... Art has an amazing family who loved him dearly.
