Obituary For Balvantrai Dahyabhai Shukla
Entered into rest on October 30, 2012 in Fremont, California at the age of 87. Beloved father of Umesh Shukla and his wife Amita, Vandana Shukla, Kalpana Vyas and her husband Mahesh, and Gaurang Shukla and his wife Meena. Treasured grandfather of Himanshu Shukla and his wife Priyanka, Paarth Shukla, Ronak Shukla, Hemali Mehta, Pannagi Vyas, and Parth Vyas. Cherished brother of Shantaben B. Joshi.
Born September 10, 1925 in Sarsavani, Kaira, India, Balvantrai always enjoyed walking.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 1, at 10am and a Funeral Service will begin at 11am, all at Fremont Chapel of the Roses, 1940 Peralta Blvd., Fremont, CA 94536. Witness Cremation to follow at 12:30pm at Irvington Memorial Crematory, 41001 Chapel Way, Fremont, CA 94538.

Condolences from Rikhye Family India and USA. Dadaji was such a great person who spent his life in high dignity and respect for others and received the same for himself. I don't know if there is anyperson who will forget him ever only after meeting once. We are one person less in this world of his class and league.

Shukla & Family my condolences, I still remember he used to come at our place for katha and he used to read the same without the help of the book, he might have made it hard to learn the katha book. I really appreciate the same. I still have the very light image in my mind that he is reading the katha. Never forget such a great man... RIP....

I admired my grandpa for his strength of character and his faith. I will continue to be inspired by the actions he took and the things he said while he was alive. He will live in my memories.
