The world is a little sadder today, for a beloved father, grandfather, brother, and friend has received his angel wings and has taken his place alongside his wife Bernice Felix Alexandre, father Joaquim Alexandre, mother Olympia Alexandre, and brother Mario Alexandre in heaven.

Anyone who had the opportunity to meet Carlos was truly blessed. His kindness and generosity to others was boundless whether you were family, a life-long friend, or a total stranger.

Carlos was 80 years old when he passed away in Morgan Hill, California on September 16, 2024. He was born on September 24, 1943, in San Mateo, California and called Newark his home for the past 48 years.

Carlos enjoyed the simple pleasures of life. Spending time gardening, enjoying the company of friends, watching the occasional soccer match, or spending a few hours at a casino. Nothing, however, can compare to spending several relaxing hours, breathing in the fresh salt air on the wharf in Santa Cruz, fishing with his wife, Bernice.

Carlos is survived by his daughter Cecilia Panelli and Jerry Guinn of Stockton; Son Carlos Jr. and Analisa Alexandre of Gilroy; Grandchildren: Annalisa Brandt of Texas, Matthew Alexandre, and Vianna Alexandre of Gilroy. Brother and sister-in-law Jeffrey and Melanie Alexandre of Tracy.

A private burial for immediate family will be held.
