Entered into rest on February 3, 2012 in Union City at the age of 90. Loving mother to Marie Gattis, and Sebastian F. Bellomo. Doting grandmother of 7, great-grandmother of 12, and great-great grandmother of 3. Caring sister to Busti Raffa. Predeceased by her husband Sebastian "Buster" Bellomo in 1993.

Born September 23, 1921 in Jamestown, NY, Carrie was a volunteer for many years at the Ralph and Mary Ruggieri Senior Center in Union City and the kitchen there is named after her. She was known as the "Bingo Queen" and ran the weekly fundraising program. She always enjoyed cooking, baking, and taking care of her friends. She lived at the Tropics Mobile Home Park in Union City for 34 years. She was a member of the Union City Senior Association.

Visitation on Thursday, February 9, 5-8pm with a vigil at 7pm at Fremont Chapel of the Roses, 1940 Peralta Blvd., Fremont, CA 94536. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday, February 10, 10am at St. Anne's Catholic Church, 32223 Cabello St., Union City, CA 94587. Burial will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Hayward.
