Carol Ruth Kittrell, 53, passed away on Thursday, October 18, 2012 in Fremont, CA. She was born in Beech Grove, IN on March 8, 1959 to the late Rev. Charlie T. Kittrell, Sr and Ruth Evelyn (Taylor) Kittrell. Carol graduated from Warren Central High School in 1977. She attended Bob Jones University in Greenville, SC where she graduated in 1981. She received a Masters degree with distinction in accounting and financial management from DeVry Keller Graduate School in 2006. She was licensed as a CPA with the State of California in 2008. She was a member of the California Society of CPAs, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Government Finance Officers Association and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

Carol lived in Fremont, CA for 11 years and worked as a CPA for the City of Palo Alto, CA. She is survived by her brothers and sisters, Joyce Baldwin of TN, Charlie "Chuck" T. Kittrell, Jr. and his wife Debbie of GA, Jon M. Kittrell and his wife Lisa of FL, Joseph "Mark" Kittrell and his wife Tammisue of OR, Juanita Kittrell of IN, Janeva Zabala of MA, Joan Gillespie and her husband Bret of IN, and Joy Jahandar and her husband Asghar of GA.

Visitation will be at Crossroads Baptist Church, 1120 South Arlington Avenue, Indianapolis, IN on Friday, October 26, from 12-2pm with services at 2pm. She will be laid to rest at Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh, IN.
