Born May 29, 1939 in Alameda, CA and entered into rest on March 18, 2013 in Hayward, CA at the age of 73. Survived by her 2 children: daughter Karen Crouch and her husband Greg Crouch and her two grandsons Colton Crouch (7) and Trevor Crouch (5) of Livermore, CA and son Jeffrey Ow of Hayward, CA.
No services will be held for Carolyn.
