Obituary For Celeste Chan

Celeste Wan Yee Chan was born on August 2, 1971 in Hong Kong and entered into rest on October 4, 2021 in Fremont, CA at the age of 50.

Upon completion of formal schoolings, she started her career in the IT profession and worked all the way up to her last position. I believe that all who had been working with Celeste would agree that she was an excellent colleague to worked with, she was determined, persistent and true to her duties. Anyone who got acquainted with Celeste would get fascinated by all sorts of outcomes she might come up with. She would grow on you and would certainly hold a sweet and lasting place in your heart. Celeste was also a very fun person to be with, her laugh was contagious, she believes the best in others, and was always a source of encouragement and strength.

Visitation will begin at 1pm on Sunday, October 24, 2021 with a Memorial Service starting at 2pm at Fremont Chapel of the Roses, 1940 Peralta Blvd., Fremont, CA 94536.

She will never be forgotten and we are certain that she is resting in God’s keeping. Blessed be the holy name of the Lord.

My Dear friend Celeste, I miss you very much. She was loyal, caring, and the funniest person I've ever met. She treated the people around her like family and has left an impression on me forever. All the good times with my sister will forever be in my memories, and missed very much.
