Entered into rest on July 8, 2012 in Fremont at the age of 79. Devoted husband of 55 years to Audrey J. Baranowski of Newark. Beloved father of Charles J. Baranowski, Jr. and Susan L. Baranowski, both of Newark. Cherished grandfather of Brandie and Sara. Proud great-grandfather of Hazel. Dear brother of Joseph Baranowski of PA, Eugene Baranowski of Newark, and Mary Laubham of PA. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Born March 11, 1933 in Pittsburgh, PA, Charles owned Automotive Discount Center from 1967 - 1992. He was a member of the Fremont Elks Lodge No. 2121. He enjoyed fishing, bowling, and spending time with his granddaughters.
