Born on February 17th, 1953 in Washington D.C., and entered into rest on August 18th, 2016 in Fremont, CA at the age of 63. Survived by his mother Mary Jane Hart of Maryland; his aunts: Kulia Jackson of Maryland, and Florance Charles of Canada; his uncle Charles Jackson of San Diego, CA; and many cousins.
No services will be held for Charles.
