Obituary For Dan Otto Best

Dan Otto Best was born on October 24, 1921 in Cleveland, Ohio and entered into rest on August 1, 2014 in Fremont, California at the age of 92. Survived by his sons David Best and his wife Isabel of Pioneer, CA, Robin Best and his wife Antoinette of Newman, CA, 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 10, from 11am-1pm and a Chapel Service will begin at 1pm at Fremont Chapel of the Roses, 1940 Peralta Blvd., Fremont, CA 94536. Inurnment at San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery in Gustine, CA. Donations may be made in memory of Dan to the Alzheimer’s Association, Northern California and Northern Nevada, 2290 North First Street, Suite 101, San Jose, CA 95131.
