Obituary For Daniel Scott Schmid
Entered into rest on March 22, 2013 in Hayward, CA, he was 48. Beloved son of Claudette "Cookie" Schmid of Fremont. Loving brother of Jim and Jeff Schmid, and brother-in-law of Leslie and Diana. Loving uncle to Megan and Michael Schmid. Also survived by his dear friend Scott Gonzales and his wife, as well as many other friends and family. Preceded in death by his father James P. Schmid in 2001.
Born May 23, 1964 in Lodi, CA, Dan attended Irvington High School in Fremont, CA. He worked as a floor layer for over 25 years and always enjoyed camping, music, concerts, and watching 70's and 80's sitcoms.
A Memorial Service will be held for Dan on Saturday, April 13, 1pm at Fremont Memorial Chapel, 3723 Peralta Blvd., Fremont, CA 94536.
