Obituary For Delores
Delores (Dee) Larson passed away on May 16 in Vacaville, at the age of 88. She is survived by her loving husband, George Larson of Vacaville. Her beloved daughters, Yvonne Simonson Liid and her husband Dale of Vacaville, Norma Grove and her husband Gard of Grants Pass, OR. Cherished grandchild Eric Silva and his wife Maegan of Boise, ID and her great grandchildren, Amarra and Vincent. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her grandchild Pamela Silva in 1983.
Delores was born on December 23, 1924 in Wisconsin. She was a long time resident of Fremont for 27 years. She has always been a devoted mother and wife. Was very active in the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Fremont, serving as head of the Altar Guild, leading Bible studies, being Church Treasurer and growing plants for fundraising events. Also, she loved gardening, sewing and cooking and has passed these skills and passions on.
A graveside service will be held for Delores on Monday, May 20, 1pm at Irvington Memorial Cemetery, 41001 Chapel Way, Fremont, 94538.

Dear George, Norma and Yvonne, I am so sorry to hear of Aunt Delores' passing. She was a beautiful person and will be greatly missed. Heaven has received another wonderful angel. I always loved visiting with her when she came back to Wisconsin for the family reunions. My thoughts and prayers are of you. Love, Shelly, Steve and Andy

Forever the image of Dee's warm and welcoming smile with a twinkle in her eyes will be in our hearts and minds. We have been blessed to have her in our lives for the 19 years that she was the wife of our Dad/Grandfather. Thankful for our extended family and all the wonderful times we have shared together.
