Many great memories may she rest in peace with the Lord

Mrs. Fullerton was the mother of my best childhood friend, Dorie Fullerton. I have many fond memories of all the days and hours I spent at the Fullerton home during my early years. And I recently reminded Dorie that her mother was everyone's favorite substitute teacher. I am so glad that I stopped in to say hello to Mrs. Fullerton this past October when I was in town for a high school reunion. And she honored me by taking a picture with me. Mrs. Fullerton touched thousands of lives and will be fondly remembered by us all.

The Fullerton girls and my brothers and sisters grew up together in Newark, in fact we were such good friends we had a gate between our fences so we didn't have to walk around the block to see each other. Mrs Fullerton was the best second mother a kid could ever ask for! It's odd, here I am 67 years old and still call her Mrs Fullerton, not Denise! She was that special of a woman. We will always have a special place in our hearts for all of the Fullerton family! The Rummages
