Obituaries

Douglas D. Albrecht entered into rest on October 5, in Fremont, at the age of 72. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Nancy Ann Albrecht, in 2013. Survived by his loving daughters, Gina Quaid and her husband Patrick Blum, and Angela Avila, treasured grandsons, Brannon and Marcello, caring sister-in-law Kristine McClanahan and her husband Ron McClanahan, and his dear sister Joy and her husband Jack. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

He has been a member of the Carpenters Local 713 since 1961. Douglas was a Nascar fan, master griller and a huge Oakland Raider fan! He was a most wonderful and dotting husband, great father and ever extraordinary man. He will forever be loved and missed terribly. No services will be held.
