Obituary For Edward Henry Minges

Entered into rest on February 17, 2012 in Fremont at the age of 89. Predeceased by his wife Theresa Minges in December of 2010. Beloved father of Edward H. Minges, Jr. of Kansas, and Michael V. Minges of Fremont. Treasured grandfather of Edward Minges, Peter Minges, and Andrew Minges. Dear brother of Mary Eleanor Long.

Born September 14, 1922 in Oklahoma, Edward was a WWII veteran with a 23 year career in the Navy as a naval officer. He loved to square dance, was a gifted photographer, and was a talented wood worker--making furniture for fun.

At his request, no services will be held. Inurnment will be at Irvington Memorial Cemetery in Fremont.
