Shaking his hand to say goodbye was always a pleasure I canât really explain because he was the kind of person that I wanted to listen to just for a few more minutes. It wasnât what he said it was the way he said it. All I can say is talking to Ed was an experience of being entertained. He was a beautiful man who would just warm your heart. It was a true gift to have known him. We will miss his beautiful way of sharing time with people.

It is so hard to believe Uncle Ed is gone. It was always great seeing him and my aunt Ann when they came to visit. I did have an opportunity to go to CA and visit. He was truly a great man. He will be missed. Thoughts and prayers for the family. God Bless.

JLHS Class of 1962
Ed Quiroz was a 1962 graduate of James Logan High School in Union City California.
During the varsity football and baseball seasons at Logan, Ed participated as one of several equipment managers assisting the Logan coaching staff with the distribution, and care of all related sports equipment.
He excelled in this and other activities as well. Ed was a hit when took part in the James Logan High School Class of '62 Senior Extravaganza. With a chorus of fellow classmates at his back, Ed took the podium to portray the NBC television show "Sing a Long with Mitch". A rousing applause from the audience helped to ensure Ed's lively contribution to the program.
