Obituary For Eleanore May Strawn
Born November 2, 1916 in San Francisco, CA and entered into rest on March 14, 2013 in Fremont, CA at the age of 96. Beloved mother of Milton Nolan & his wife Shirley, and Lawrence Nolan and his wife Barbara. Cherished grandmother of Katherine and her husband Rick, Carolyn and her husband Tim, Donald and his wife Bobette, Michael and his wife Deb, Valerie, Christy, and Michelle. Great-grandmother of 18. Dear sister of Helen Danielson. Preceded in death by her daughter Dianne Green, and by her grandchildren Stephen and Bradley.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 18, from 6-9pm with a Vigil at 6:30pm at Fremont Memorial Chapel, 3723 Peralta Blvd., Fremont, CA 94536. A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, March 19, 11am at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery in Colma, CA.

Mrs. Nolan - I will always remember the fun times I had with you while growing up and later on when we would take you to the thrift stores. You had so much fun looking through everything. I love you and will never forget you.

Mrs. Nolan, I will never forget you and the sweet memories of all us kids growing up on Sadowa St. One of my favorite memories is at Christmas time you would always make your rocky road candy for us. I love you and will miss you always. Love Dee Dee

Mrs. Nolan you were such a wonderful 2nd mother to me, always asking me into your home with a big hug. I so enjoyed your kindness & all you taught me. I will never forget you and look forward to seeing you again...in heaven.

A long life & a well-lived one. She's singing in a choir of Angels now pronouncing Jesus as our Lord & Savior. Her original nuclear family here on earth is nearly complete again. We'll miss her, until we meet again...
