Born January 21, 1951 in TX, Elva was a longtime resident of Hayward and most recently resided in Tracy. She was a graduate of Sunset High School in Hayward. She enjoyed collecting dolls, and gardening.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 18, 11am at Fremont Memorial Chapel, 3723 Peralta Blvd., Fremont, CA 94536.
