Obituary For Frances Huizar Haro

Frances Huizar Haro, resident of Newark, entered into rest on March 8 at the age of 78. She is survived by her loving children; Raquel Reyes, Diodoro Lopez, Jr., Juan Haro, Julian Haro and Daniel Haro. Treasured grandchildren; Ruben, Daniel, Julian Jr., JuliCia, Danielle, Mimi, Debora, Micah, Emily and Pablo. Her beloved sisters; Carmen Burns and Julie Silva and many nieces and nephews.

Born on May 11, 1935 in Newark, Frances was a Newark native. Frances loved to garden, she enjoyed 50's music, oldies but goodies and she was a good dancer. Most of all she loved to spend time with her grandchildren and cook for her family.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 16 from 1-5pm with a Chapel Service at 2pm at Fremont Chapel of the Roses, 1940 Peralta Blvd., Fremont, CA 94536. Funeral Mass will be on Monday, March 17, 10:30am at St. Edward Catholic Church, 5788 Thornton Avenue, Newark, CA 94560. Burial to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Hayward, CA.

    Tia Frances, "a very elegant lady." 😀 Our darling aunt, sister, mother, grandmother. A beloved aunt to me, you always made me feel loved. I miss you so much already and will not forget you: your wonderful humor, laughter, and smiles; how you stood up for your opinion; the delicious meals you happily cooked for us; your wonderful cards and letters with family photos that you mailed so faithfully with care & love; the parties, the memories, all focused on la familia.
