Entered into rest on February 2, 2013 in Fremont, CA at the age of 86. Devoted mother to Stephen Rojas and his wife Angelica. Loving grandmother to Wesley Rojas and his wife Cindi, Ryan Rojas and his wife Michele, and Gabriella Rojas. Caring great-grandmother to Ryan Jr., Daniel, Anthony, Andrew, Adrian, and Issack. Beloved sister of Margaret Marquez, Theresa Marquez, Richard Marquez, Arthur Marquez, and Johnny Marquez. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. Predeceased by her sister Virginia Ramirez.

Born March 16, 1926 in San Bernardino, CA, Frances loved her dogs and spending time in Lake Tahoe.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 6, from 5-8pm with a Vigil at 7pm at Fremont Chapel of the Roses, 1940 Peralta Blvd., Fremont, CA 94536. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, February 7, 10am at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church, 703 C St., Union City, CA 94587. Burial will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Hayward, CA.
