Born October 2, 1963 in San Diego, CA and entered into rest on August 30, 2012 in Modesto, CA at the age of 48. Survived by her husband Louie Chavez of Patterson, CA.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 8, from 11am-1pm and a Funeral Service will begin at 1pm, all at Bridge of Faith Church, 27343 Whitman St., Hayward, CA 94544.
