Obituary For Gary Lee Stroud

Born May 28, 1953 in Oakland, CA, and entered into rest on March 5, 2015 in Fremont, CA at the age of 61. Survived by his wife of 22 years Cynthia Stroud of Fremont; brothers: Michael Stroud of Clearlake, and Craig Donham of Pleasanton; sister: Sharee Stroud of Fremont; nieces: Rachael Musseau (Shane) of Lakeport, and Heather Towers (Kyle) of Tracy; nephew: David Stroud (Audrie) of San Jose; great nephew: Anthony Stroud; and great nieces: Skyler Musseau, and Mackenzie Towers.

Gary was born in Oakland and moved to Fremont's Cabrillo Park in 1961. He attended Norris Elementary, Thornton Junior High and graduated from Washington High School in 1971. He joined the Navy and was stationed in San Diego. He move back to Fremont in 1989 and in 1992 married Cindy. He loved to hunt and fish. He loved his family, friends and Country.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Gary to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758517, Topeka, KS 66675.
