Obituaries

Entered into rest on June 8, 2012 in Fremont at the age of 78. Beloved father and father-in-law of Debbie and Brian Davidson. Treasured grandfather of Laura Davidson, Ailee Davidson, Joshua Hay, and Ian Hay.

Born September 28, 1933 in Scotland, George served in the U.S. Navy. He worked for 33 years at GM and for 10 years as a bus driver at FUSD. He was a very active member of the Elks Lodge #2121 where he served as Lodge Chaplin and Lodge Esquire. He loved to dance, travel, golf, garden, and spend time with his family.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, June 12, 11am at Fremont Chapel of the Roses, 1940 Peralta Blvd., Fremont, CA 94536. Inurnment will be at Lakewood Memorial Park in Hughson, CA.
