Glenn Allen Webb died Thursday, March 29, 2012 in Fremont of natural causes. He was 85.

Glenn was born in Boone, Iowa on October 4, 1926, he was a real estate broker and owner of North Western Mortgage Inc. He was an honorary life member of the Southern Alameda County Board of Realtors.

Glenn grew up in Boone, Iowa and came to California in 1942. After serving in the Army, he married Arlene Callahan and spent the next 64 years with her. He is survived by his wife and two daughters, Dorian Marshall and son-in-law John Marshall of Fremont, daughter Stacey Kapigian and son-in-law Raymond Paul Kapigian of Clovis. He had five grandchildren Miles, Tim and Katie Marshall - Eric Kapigian and Melissa Gilmer. He also had four great-grandchildren Maddie Rae and Kaelea Gilmer - Rayanne and Bradley Kapigian. He is also survived by his sister, Joyce Sutfin of Pleasant Hill and many other relatives.

He touched the lives of many and was generous and compassionate to all. He will be greatly missed. The family would like to thank Jamsee Home Care Services (Elsa, Elvie, Connie and Cindee), Washington Hospital nurses (ER-Susie, 3N-Katie and Donna), and Kaiser nurses (Ajit, Vivian, Farzan and Barbara).

A celebration of Glenn's life will be held on Saturday, April 7th, 1pm in the Mission Room at Sunol Valley Golf Club to commemorate his passion for the game of golf.
