I thought of my Tia Helen like another mother. Some of my earliest memories include my tia and her family. Most of my holiday memories include my tia. She was always kind to me, always greeting me with a hug and a kiss, always giving me a big smile. One of my best memories was having her surprise me by coming up behind me and giving me a huge hug. I will miss her Pat

I spent close to 6 years spending the night with my Bestie Rose and was always greeted with warmth and love from Mrs. Zavala. She worked hard caring for her precious family. I would see her at church and knew she had great faith. Sending my love and prayers to the familia. Always, Vickie Ramirez Zureuch

My sincere condolences to the entire Zavala family! I grew up with Rose & was privileged enough to be able to have spent time in the kitchen with Mrs. Zavala, some of my fondest memories were cooking & eating there. She was the sweetest, & most loving person that I have ever known!
