Hortensia was born on August 21, 1924 in Sao Miguel, Azores and enter into rest on April 19, 2019 in Woodland, Ca at the age of 94.
Visitation will be held from 8:30 AM - 10 AM on Monday, April 29, 2019 with a Vigil at 9:00 AM, Fremont Chapel of the Roses, 1940 Peralta Boulevard, Fremont. A Mass will be held at 10:30 AM, Monday, April 29, 2019, St. Edward Catholic Church, 5788 Thornton Avenue - Newark. Burial to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 26320 Mission Blvd., Hayward.
