Mom, I miss you more each day. Everytime we light the Chanukkah candles I hear you say "Now we sing a song!..."Oh Chanukkah, oh Chanukkah...", Scrabble just isn't the same with out you. Debbie mentioned poker, how is it that all of your grandchildren know how to play but most of your children never got the knack of it! :upside_down_face: I love you very much. You were a fantastic mother and person.

Mom, I know you are up there taking care of Percy. He missed you so much after you passed. I felt you by my side when I had to be strong and he was home in Hospice. Yes, it was difficult, but you were there with me and you passed your skills on to Rachel to help me. Thank you for continuing to be there for me. Introduce Percy to Aunt Dede, I know they will get along, Mom-Mom will love him, too. I know they are happy I found the love of my life. I know I still have a lot of living to do. I have an emptiness in my stomach that aches, but I will make it through, I have both your and dad's strength. I told dad I need his strength right now. He misses you so much and I get all of it. I know he is strong and we will both get through our grief together. I love you....Percy is probably waiting for a peice of your apple pie!

Mom, I love you. You couldn’t say my name, but you always knew who I was. Most importantly, you always knew my father. He loves you so much, he was not letting you stay in Assisted Living by yourself. Even if it was not best for him, he sacrificed his well being to be with you. I love you so much and told you everything I needed to before you passed. Rest in Peace, playing poker and Scrabble. I will make sure Joseph teaches me to play poker, so I can joined you in a game when my time comes. I love you.
