Obituary For Irene Brown Mendonca

Irene Brown Mendonca of Fremont, entered into rest on December 18, at the age of 90. She is predeceased by her husband Richard Mendonca. Survived by her loving son Fr. Robert Mendonca.

She was a columnist for the News Register in Fremont in the 1950's. She also worked in food service for FUSD for 20 years.

Visitation will be on Thursday, December 27 from 6-8pm with a Vigil Service at 7pm at Fremont Chapel of the Roses, 1940 Peralta Blvd., Fremont, 94536. Funeral Mass be held on Friday, December 28, 11am at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 37588 Fremont Blvd., Fremont, 94536. Burial to follow at Cedar Lawn Cemetery in Fremont.
