Obituary For Jeannie K. Couthren

Jeannie K. Couthren passed away peacefully in Fremont at the age of 79.

Jeannie was a devoted mother, loving wife, and a one of a kind friend. She leaves behind her son Jeff and his spouse Kelly Couthren, her daughter Sherry Nuckels, and her cherished grandchildren Ashley Couthren, Christian Lima, Lily Couthren, and Jack Couthren. Jeannie was predeceased by her loving husband, David Couthren, her son-in-law Jason Nuckels, her son David, and sisters Marta and Danette.

Jeannie made Fremont her home for over 55 years, creating countless memories and lasting friendships throughout the community. Much of her career was spent at Toyota, where she worked as a service advisor, always dedicated to helping others and making a difference in the lives of those around her.

Above all, Jeannie was a true family person. She delighted and gathering everyone together for family dinners, and treasured celebrating the holidays with her loved ones. Her warmth, generosity, and unwavering love for her family will continue to inspire all who knew her.

We will hold Jeannie in our hearts and remember the joy she brought to every occasion. Thank you for keeping her family in your thoughts during this time.

    This is such a beautiful picture! My heart breaks for your family. My heart will never be the same. Jeannie is beyond loved and missed. I remember the day she decided to chop off her long hair and this picture above was the result..stunning! Her laugh and smile lit up a room. Coolest, funniest, strongest and best Mom and friend around! Jeannie, I hope you hear me every day and night talking to you. Reminiscing with you. Please watch over us all. Hugs to you and Dave! You left a huge impact on many! Sherry, Jeff and family: you will always stay in my prayers and heart. Til we meet again and cause some more trouble and laugh, I love and miss you so much!
