Obituary For Joseph Ernest Munoz

Joe was born to the parents of the late Ignacio and Josie Munoz in Oakland, CA, he was a loving husband to Natalia Munoz for 40 years, loving father to Maria Iglesias, Alicia Barajas, Jesus Munoz and Ignacio Munoz, brother to Andrew Munoz. Joe is also survived by 8 grandchildren, son-in-laws, nieces and nephews.

Joe passed at his home, as he desired, in San Leandro CA, surrounded by his loving family at his bedside, at the early age of 73, after a long fight with illness.

Joe made his living as a barber, had a heart of a child, loved to laugh, read and cook.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 16, from 4-8pm with a Service at 6:30pm at Fremont Chapel of the Roses, 1940 Peralta Blvd., Fremont, CA 94536. Inurnment at Sacramento Valley National Cemetery in Dixon, CA.
