Obituary For Juanita Aguilar Madrigal
Juanita A. Madrigal, 94, died Thursday, April 19, 2018 at Washington Hospital in Fremont, CA. She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years; Ramon B. Madrigal. She leaves behind 10 children, 21 grandchildren, 56 great-grandchildren, 35 great-great grandchildren and 1 great-great-great grandchild. She leaves behind a legacy of courage, strength, and perseverance as witnessed in her abundant family. Born in Oakland, CA she was a lifelong resident of Union City – Decoto. Her employment trajectory consisted of over 50 years dedicate to the farming of the lettuce, tomatoes, and gladiola fields. She also dedicated over 10 years to Hunt’s Cannery in San Jose, CA. Juanita created beautiful needlepoint, enjoyed gardening and spending time with her grandchildren. Her death leaves an immense void in her family and she will be terribly missed. A vigil will be help on Wednesday, April 25th at 6:30PM at Fremont Chapel of the Roses 1940 Peralta Blvd., Fremont, CA. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 26th at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Hayward, CA.
