Obituary For Juanita Villegas
Juanita Villegas of Union City entered into rest on October 8, 2012, at the age of 79. Beloved wife of Guillermo Vargas. Cherished mother of Yolanda Perez, Ramiro A. Perez Jr., Cathy Diaz, Sylvia Prado, Carmen Razo, and Javier Vargas, and step-mother of Rebecca Diaz and Guillermo Vargas III. Loving grandmother of 13 and great-grandmother of 10. Dear sister of Virginia Gonzalez, Josephine Verduzco, Magdalena Del Rio, Juan Villegas, Presiliano Oliva, and Pete Oliva. Preceded in death by her brothers Tomas Villegas, Rosendo Villegas, and Richard Oliva.
Juanita enjoyed cooking, crossword puzzles, and her family.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 11, from 5-8pm with a Vigil at 7pm at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church, 703 C Street, Union City, CA 94587. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, October 12, 11:30am at the church. Burial will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Hayward, CA.
