Judy Ann Butler passed away on March 12, 2018, Born April 27, 1937 to the late Dorothy and Kenneth Bauer in Wichita, Kansas, the Sunflower State. Judy passed away at her home in Pleasanton CA, accompanied by her family during her sleep. Judy was an extraordinary woman, Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Aunt and friend who taught us the meaning of kindness, giving, gentleness and love, something she demonstrated throughout her entire life. She enjoyed her many adventures in the sand, water and her favorite- the beach. She was an avid reader & gardener, sunflowers being her favorite. Most of all, she loved caring for and spending time with her family, especially spoiling her precious Grandchildren.
Judy is survived by her husband of 63 years Norman D Butler, son Kerry Butler (Jill), daughter Shari Schanen (Tim), and grandchildren: Jessica, Danielle, Ryan, and Karalee. Among those, she has also left behind loving cousins, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Preceded in death by her son Kenneth Butler.
Her legacy will live on through the hearts of those lives she touched. Although she will be terrible missed, we know that she is dancing in Heaven, watching over us. Until we see you again, we love you.

We send our love to all of you during this very sad time. Our memories of Judy and family are many from Campland on the Bay, Fremont, Pleasanton, Berryessa, Glamis, New Mexico, Yuma, Westport and points in between. Harley rides, shopping trips, camping, buggy rides.....the list goes on and on. Our lives have been enriched because of our friendship with all of you. We feel honored to have been included in so many Butler functions. Judy has truly earned her reward in heaven. We sure hope God has a red wagon to retrieve all the catalogues from her new mailing address. Love you lots. XOXO

Words seem inadequate to express the sorrow felt from the loss of your beloved, precious Judy, Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother , Aunt, & Beautiful Friend.
Remembering our fun times in the summers at Campland on the Bay in San Diego, before moving to the beach.
Boating, playing on the beach, bon fires and story telling .
What fun!
