Obituary For Lois Wynonah Torres
Born September 23, 1929 in Calvin, OK, and entered into rest on February 11, 2013 in Newark, CA at the age of 83. Preceded in death by her husband Quintin Torres on January 17, 1990. Beloved mother of Quintin M. Torres, Jr., Anthony Bryan Torres, and Refina Lotomau. Also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held for Lois on Thursday, February 21, 6pm at Fremont Chapel of the Roses, 1940 Peralta Blvd., Fremont, CA 94536. Inurnment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Hayward, CA.

As a Teenager I lived a couple of blocks from Lois..She and my Mother are cousins and If I had a Nickel for every time I walked into her home I would be Rich I am flooded with fond memories of Laughter and good times I remember her when she had red hair and would drive the Vega she was a fan of ELVIS and called me Elbis Thank you LOIS for the love and the Memories

My deepest condolences to the "Torres Family" No matter how many years had gone by everytime I walked through Mama's door it was like I never left. This amazing woman opened her home, heart and dinner table to everyone and made you feel like family! The best times of my life have been spent in her home! This family and Mama Lois will forever have a special place in my heart! Thank you for allowing me to be part of your memories and family!
