Obituary For Loo Loo Ching
Beloved wife of Yan Yan Chew for 44 yrs. Devoted mother to son Clifton Chew, and daughter-in-law Debbie Yee, and daughter Denise Chew, and son-in-law Lyall Chun. Cherished grandmother of Darcy and Calvin Chew, and Owen and Brandon Chun. Also survived by brothers Hongwei Guo, Hong-Hsiang (Harry) Kuo, and sisters Mimi Tsou and Rae King.
Loo Loo was born in China and raised in Taiwan. Studied at National Taipei College of Nursing. Graduated with a B.S. in Nursing from Duquesne University in 1975. She was a dedicated nurse at Washington Hospital for 32 yrs.
Her passions were her family, work, travel and especially singing and performing.
A chapel service will be held on Saturday, July 28, 10am at Fremont Memorial Chapel, 3723 Peralta Blvd., Fremont, CA 94536. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Colma, CA.

I had the pleasure of working with Loo Loo during my 10 years as a Case Manager at Washington Hospital. Her energy was very special. She had so much to offer and has left us much too soon.
