Entered into rest on March 4, 2012 in Fremont at the age of 75. Devoted wife of 57 years to Robert Greene, Jr. of Fremont. Beloved mother of Bobby Greene (Lisa) of Fremont, and Robin Smith (Garth) of Fremont. Cherished grandmother of Dawn Montague (Matthew), Kyle Smith (Jennifer), Kenna Stephens (JD), and Sean Greene. Doting great-grandmother of Dylan Montague, Davin Smith, Madelyn Montague, and Emry Smith. Treasured sister of Jeanne Hincke, her twin Loretta Creel, and Delbert Chipman. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Born December 23, 1936 in Westwood, Lorraine grew up in Stockton, and lived the last 50 years in Fremont. She enjoyed her family, friends, crossword puzzles, trivial pursuit, and going to her cabin in the Sierra?s and to the movies.

Family and friends will miss Lorraine?s warm heart, great smile, kindness, love, and thoughtfulness towards others. A Celebration of Life in her honor will be held on Sunday, March 11th, from 12-4pm at Robin's residence. Please contact the funeral home for more info.
