Obituary For Maria Del Rosario Reynoso Ramirez

Maria Del Rosario Eulogy

I want to thank everyone for coming today. For being here for the Ramirez family and most importantly my mother, Rosario. I’d like to share a few things about my mother.

Rosario was a lovely mother and dedicated wife that valued hard work and most importantly, seeing her children grow up into wonderful adults. She was generous and kind, strong but gentle, and had a profound sense of life. She was wise, the kind of person you looked for guidance and that grounded you.

Rosario was an avid gardener that spent her days tending to her plants and admiring her roses. She loved thrifting and decorating her beautiful home. She was a coffee lover that enjoyed coffee anytime of the day. She loved her cat Romeo, who she leaned on for emotional support. Rosario loved music, listening to Vicente Fernandez and Andrea Bocelli while she cleaned her home on a Saturday morning.

Rosario was true to the values she upheld. Values taught by a hard but humble youth, growing up on a farm in Mexico. She never compromised or gave up, even in the face of death. She would always say: “hecharle ganas”. It was a constant reminder that she never gave up. That strength was not only just physical, but that it’s the soul’s ability to endure and hold on for the ones you love. To always hope and never stop fighting for a brighter tomorrow.

That was her legacy and now it’s up to all of us to live up to it.

Elogio a María Del Rosario
