Maria E. Marquez was a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, was born in El Paso Texas she lived a life full of love, laughter, and family. She was the proud mother of 12 children and was surrounded throughout her life by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren who brought her endless joy.

She was married for more than 50 years, sharing a lasting and devoted partnership built on love and commitment. For over 45 years, she made her home in Hayward, where she built strong roots and lasting memories with family and friends.

Maria was known for her fun-loving spirit and her love of life. She enjoyed dancing—especially to the music of Freddy Fender—having a good time, and visiting the casino. Her laughter, energy, and joy for living will always be remembered by those who knew her.

She is survived by six of her children, along with her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who will continue to carry her love and memories in their hearts.

Maria Marquez will be deeply missed but forever cherished.
