I was saddened and heartbroken to hear of your passing. You gave a lot of yourself to help the community. You were such a noble person. I was honored to have been your friend.

Tere was a lovely person and a wonderful teacher. No matter what was going on at our school, she always seemed to be able to find humor in what was going on. Having Tom bring the RV to Glassbrook during the strike was inspired. I'll always remember Tere convincing all of us to hang out on the top of the RV, dancing, waving our signs, and generally bringing fun to a difficult situation. ~Erika Isomura
