Obituary For Maria Trinidad Gallo

Born April 6, 1937 in Villa Obregon, Jalisco, Mexico, and entered into rest on October 20, 2014 in Newark, California at the age of 77. Survived by her husband of 57 years Francisco Gallo; her children: Maria Covarrubias, Martha Perez, Jose Gallo, Teresa Sanchez, Martin Gallo, Margarita Trujillo, Veronica Jauregui, and Saul Gallo; her grandchildren: Irene, Janet, and Nancy (Covarrubias Family), Jaime, Angel, and Diana (Perez Family), Blanca, Leticia, Yesenia, and Claudia (Gallo Family), Fernando and Elizabeth (Sanchez Family), Maricela, Francisco, Sergio, and Andres (Gallo Family), Stephanie, Marc Anthony, and Michael Angelo (Trujillo Family), Jessica and Cassandra (Jauregui Family), and Rebecca and Karina (Gallo Family); and her great-grandchildren: Sophia, Natalia, Isadora, Arturo, Julian, Austin, Mia, Sofia, and Isaiah. Also survived by her sister Juanita Perez and her brother Jose Loza.

Maria enjoyed cooking and sewing. She loved birds. Most of all, she loved being around family.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23, from 5-8pm with a Vigil at 7pm at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church, 703 C St., Union City, CA 94587. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, October 24, 10am at the church. Burial will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Hayward, CA.
