Marjorie Ann Korycinski (“Cookie”) was born Marjorie Koch on September 18, 1925 in Lacrosse, Wisconsin. She was the last surviving of 6 siblings.

Marjorie was a dedicated wife and mother. She cared for her husband who had MS while raising their five children. Once her children were grown, she enjoyed travel and adventure - she was very high spirited and was willing to try just about anything. She didn’t take life too seriously.

Marjorie was preceded in death by her husband Victor and daughter Helen. She survived by son David Korycinski of Castro Valley, Lois Rose of Fremont, Philip Korycinski of Riverside, CA and Carol Korycinski of San Francisco, along with many wonderful nieces and nephews. Marjorie deeply loved her children, 8 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.

No services are planned; instead the family suggests you raise a toast in her name. If you would like to make a financial remembrance, she was a strong supporter of veterans’ causes. The family would like to also suggest donations to research and cure dementia.
