It is with deep sorrow that we announce the unexpected passing of our beloved sister, Marlene Judith Santilli, on June 13, 2025 in Fremont, California from natural causes. Born in Detroit, Michigan on November 6, 1952, she was the daughter to the late Armand and Emma Santilli.

Marlene is survived by her four siblings and their spouses: Mary Jo (Santilli) Dombrowski and husband Ted Jr; Joseph Domenico Santilli and wife Patricia; Michael Armand Santilli and wife Tamara; and Paul Nicholas Santilli and wife Elizabeth. Marlene also leaves behind her loving nieces and nephews: Nicolas Dombrowski, Stacy (Dombrowski) Nicol and husband Ronald Nicol II, Ainura Santilli, Austin Santilli, Emmonté Santilli, Armand Santilli, Giangelo Santilli, Asante Santilli, Armando Santilli, Great-Niece Sienna Nicol, and Great-Nephew Ronald Nicol III. Marlene was laid to rest on November 8, 2025 next to her mother in The Most Holy Trinity Mausoleum at the Resurrection Cemetery in Clinton Township, Michigan.

Marlene touched many lives with her wisdom, humor, and an unwavering spirit of perseverance. She made an impact on each of her family members, friends, neighbors, and those who had the honor of knowing her. Marlene’s valued achievements throughout her life included being a gifted musician, accomplished businesswoman, and devout Christian who committed her life towards improving the lives of children as well as fostering countless animals. Her selflessness, warmth, and generous spirit will be remembered forever. She leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, and compassion that lives on in all of us. She will be truly missed.
