Entered into rest on December 31, 2012 in Fremont, CA at the age of 98. Beloved sister of Bob Alexander and Roy Alexander, both of NC. Treasured mother of Charlotte Rubio and her husband Richard of Fremont, Chuck Pankow and his wife Joan of PA, and Tom Pankow and his wife Carol of Fullerton. Cherished grandmother of Kristina, Karen, Scott, Chris, Nick, and Annie. Doting great-grandmother of Julian. Predeceased by her husband of 60 years, Charles F. Pankow.

Born December 14, 1914 in North Carolina, Martha was a pink lady at Washington Hospital for 25 years. She enjoyed traveling, and loved time spent with her family. Kisses and hugs to everyone.

A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, January 4, 11am at Irvington Memorial Cemetery, 41001 Chapel Way, Fremont, CA 94538. Donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Northern California and Northern Nevada, 1060 La Avenida St., Mountain View, CA 94043.
