Obituaries

Vilayaseril Mathew Skariah, also known as Kunjumon was born on January 23rd, 1941 in Mezhuveli, Kerala, India. He passed away on Monday, June 20th, 2016 in Fremont, California.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 49 years Aleyamma Skariah; children: Michael (aka Manoj), Mable, and Sigi; children-in-law: Gemini, Shiby, and Faisy; and grandchildren: Kezia, Keren, David, John, and Hanna.

He was a man of great heart. His heart hurt with people who were hurting and he made sure he helped them to the best of his abilities. He worked in UAE for 20 plus years and was leading a retirement life for 25 years.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 24th, 2016 from 5-8pm with a Funeral Service at 6:30pm at Fremont Chapel of the Roses, 1940 Peralta Blvd., Fremont, CA 94536.

Home going celebration and burial will be conducted in his native place of Kerala, India on 29th June 2016.
