Dear Mayor Smith, On behalf of the entire Braga family, thank you for your kind words. My father worked at the Visqueen plant a long time and saw many people come and go, but he spoke so very highly of you for many, many years. I hope this email gets to you so that you know how much we appreciate hearing from you. I will pass on this note to my mother. She is doing pretty well. Best regards, Larry J. Braga P.S. To Delinda and Family, I wish that I could have attended the service for Melvin but I was out of town. I worked with him for many years (1968 to 1979) at Ethyl VisQueen. Regrettably, I lost track of Mel after my career switched gears, but I have wonderful memories of him as a very hard worker, a team player, and a wonderful person. He also taught me things that helped me become a better manager. My thoughts and prayers go out to you in sympathy today. I am so sorry for your loss. Dave Smith
