Obituary For Michael Anthony Nietogomez
Michael Anthony NietoGomez, 68, of Fremont, California, passed away of natural causes, October 25, 2016. He was born November 23, 1947 in San Bernardino, California to Trinidad Rodriguez from Houck, Arizona and Joseph NietoGomez (deceased), from Gallup, New Mexico.
A graduate of Eisenhower High School, Class of 1966. He later joined the United States Marine Corp and served as a radio repairman from 1968-1972. After the service, he worked at Owens Illinois Glass Company in Oakland for 42 years where he was a maintenance foreman. He also had several positions in the Glass Molders Plastics Union, Local 142 including a few years as its president.
Michael was married to Betty Langfield from 1972 to 1994. He is survived by this daughters, Marisa NietoGomez, and Amalia NietoGomez- married to Geoff Harrison; two grandchildren, Ezekiel and Adria Harrison; mother Trinidad Gomez and stepfather Graciano Gomez; sisters Anna and Vanessa NietoGomez.
